Remote adjustment means that an audiologist can adjust and fine-tune your hearing aids via the internet, without you having to physically attend the clinic.

🔧 How it works:

• You use an app on your mobile or tablet (e.g. Phonak myPhonak, Signia App, Starkey MyStarkey, Oticon Companion).

• The audiologist connects to your hearing aids via a secure connection.

• The adjustments happen in real time – while you have the devices on and can provide direct feedback.

• You can also receive changes that you approve and activate yourself in the app.
