Hearing test
Hearing test: Simple or extended – Test methods: Otoscopy, Air, Bone, speech, discomfort, tympanometry, etc.

Letters of recommendation / applications / certificates
Audiogram to the police academy, application to NAV – Assistive Technology Centre, letter to GP, occupational health service, physical therapist, public hearing centre or contract specialist.

Troubleshooting and sending hearing aids to the supplier
When submitted to the supplier, repairs on assigned hearing aids are covered by NAV. A submission period of 2-3 weeks must be expected.

Cleaning of domes, plugs, speakers and microphone, as well as replacement of various parts.

Price will vary depending on time spent and how much readjustment, firmware updating and connection to, for example, remote control and mobile phone is carried out.
