About the general terms and conditions of use of the website
The content on our website is only an overview of the products and services AudioPlus offers, as well as other current information. We try at all times to ensure that all information presented on our websites is correct, but errors may occur and we do not assume any responsibility for any losses as a result of information that should prove to be incomplete or incorrect.

2. Why do we process your personal data?
The personal data we gain access to will primarily be used to communicate with you, to manage inquiries, and for example to share information via newsletters. Information about your use of our services may also be used in our work with service improvement/service and for statistics related to this.
3. What personal data do we process?
In general, we will only process personal data about you that is necessary to manage direct inquiries, send newsletters or to fulfill the obligations we have undertaken in forms.
Personal data will typically include name, address, telephone number and email address. We do not process any sensitive personal data about our users.
4. How do we collect your personal data?
The source of the information we have about our users will normally be the user themselves, by the user providing information when registering online.
5. How do we use inquiries and cookies?
We will be able to send you various types of inquiries for up to 3 years after your last contact with us, unless other contact indicates that the contact can be considered to be ongoing or terminated.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our website. This allows the website to remember your actions or preferences over time, as well as remember your login. We place cookies on our website (so-called "first-party cookies").

6. What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?
We will obtain consent from you for the processing of personal data. Information about what you consent to will be clearly stated where the personal data is provided.
7. Who has access to your personal data with us?
We will limit access to your personal data to those persons in AudioPlus who need such access based on the purposes mentioned in point 1 above. We may also share this information with our affiliated subcontractors and other partners, see also point 8 and, if necessary, also our advisors, auditors, lawyers, IT consultants and others. In such cases, we will ensure that all information is processed fully in accordance with the purpose and that our suppliers assume responsibility for maintaining information security in accordance with the requirements and rules that apply at any time.
8. Who do we disclose your personal data to?
We may use suppliers (subcontractors) who assist us with the processing of personal data. These will typically be suppliers of storage services and communication solutions that are part of our supplier systems. This only happens where it is necessary for you to access the relevant service. Consent to such sharing will in that case be obtained in connection with the purchase/use of the relevant service. Personal data will otherwise not be shared with others.
9. How and for how long do we store your personal data?
Personal data is stored as long as it is needed for the purpose of the processing, and must then be deleted. Personal data we collect in connection with the use of our services is stored electronically with data security in local IT systems.
You can ask us to delete information related to you at any time, unless it is legally required to store the information for a certain period of time (e.g. legal requirements, accounting law, etc.).
10. What information requirements do you have?
You must be informed about the processing of personal data that concerns you. This letter is therefore available on our website, and shows with an embedded link to the pages where you can register information about yourself. Users who are in contact with us in other ways should be made aware that this information is available when the information is collected.
As a registered person, you have the right to:
- access the personal data that we process about you
- demand that incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated personal data be corrected or removed
- object to processing for direct marketing purposes, as well as to be informed about any profiling
- withdraw any consents to process the personal data you have provided to us
- receive the personal data about yourself that you have provided to us and transfer them to another controller (data portability)
- contact us if you have any comments or questions related to our processing of personal data
- complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority directly if you consider that the processing of your personal data is in breach of applicable law
11. How do we secure the processing of your personal data?
We have established routines and measures at various levels to ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your personal data and that all processing of the data is otherwise in line with applicable law. The measures include, among other things, regular risk assessments, technical systems and physical procedures to safeguard information security and routines to verify access and correction requests.
