Click Dome 2.0 is the second-newest generation of silicone domes from Signia, developed for their Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) and ThinTube hearing aids. With an improved fit and softer material, these domes provide a more comfortable wearing experience and a more secure seal in the ear – contributing to better sound quality and reduced feedback.

🔄 Easy replacement – just click into place

Click Dome 2.0 is easily mounted with a "click" on the receiver, without the need for tools. They are available in different variants to suit individual sound and comfort needs.

📏 Available types and sizes:

• Open – for a natural sound experience and airflow
  Sizes: S, M, L

• Semi-Open – balanced between open and closed
  Sizes: S, M, L

• Closed – for better reinforcement and reduced leakage
  Sizes: S, M, L

• Double (Double dome) – for maximum sealing and higher reinforcement
  Sizes: M, L

🧼 Recommended maintenance:

• Change the domain every 4–6 weeks, or more often if there is earwax or reduced sound.

• Keep your ears and domes clean for best possible hygiene and function.

• Sold in packs of 6 (3 pairs)

⚠️ ATTENTION:

• Click Dome 2.0 only fits hearing aids that support the 2.0 series. They are not compatible with older Signia or Siemens dome systems, or the newer Signia 3.0 series.

• Use the correct size and type – the wrong dome can affect both comfort and sound quality. If unsure, consult your hearing care professional.
